- "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to the individual accessing our website and/or using our services.

- "Services" refer to all products and services provided by REI Unlock, including but not limited to SMS lead nurturing, targeted Facebook ads, and integrated messaging platforms for real estate agents and investors.

2. Use of the Website

- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website.

- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

- Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services, or the information, content, or materials included.

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment and Fees

- All fees for our services are outlined in our pricing plans and are subject to change. By using our services, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Wire, Cryptocurrencies, electronic payment services, and more.

- Payments are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

- All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the website are the property of REI Unlock or its licensors. You may not use any of this without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

- REI Unlock will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

- You agree to indemnify and hold REI Unlock harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of our website or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Fulfillment Policies

At REI Unlock, we aim to provide transparency and clear expectations regarding our services. Below are the fulfillment policies for various aspects of our business.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide high-value services to all clients. However, setup fees are non-refundable. Please note that fees for completed services such as marketing, lead generation, or skip tracing are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for subscription payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but the following conditions must be met:

- The client must have completed all training sessions.

- The client must have attended all three setup and onboarding meetings. And attended 75% of group meetings, office hours, or AI Power Hours held since their purchase date.

- The client must have used the system for outreach to a minimum of 1,000 contacts.

In such cases, we may offer a discounted or complimentary month of service, though full refunds are generally not provided as products & services are rendered and accessible on purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Most of our services are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase. However, customers must complete the required onboarding survey & meeting to fully unlock all features.

For skip-traced lists, the delivery is generally within 24-72 hours, but it can take up to 5 days in cases involving holidays, lists containing a large number of LLCs, or unique custom requests.

Return Policy and Process

As our services are digital, returns are not applicable. If you encounter issues with the quality of data provided (e.g., inaccuracies in skip-traced lists), please contact us for assistance or corrections.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services at any time. However, we require a 30-day notice to ensure the smooth termination of services. All related charges for marketing campaigns, phone lines, and other services will continue to accrue during this notice period.

Custom Buildout Services (Exclusive Terms)

For clients engaging in our Custom Infrastructure or Empire Buildout services, the terms and timelines are different from those outlined above. These terms are exclusive to our buildout packages and do not apply to our Essentials, Professional, or Platinum plans.

Custom buildouts, which involve in-depth work like employee placement, website creation, AI development, and system training, incur 4 to 5 figure setup fees and may take up to 90 days for full delivery. Services may include:

- Employee placement

- Website buildout

- Employee training

- AI building and training

- System and process creation

- Custom message scripts and more

Refund Eligibility (Custom Buildouts Only)

To be eligible for any refund (up to 65%) for custom buildouts, clients must meet the following requirements:

1. Complete all milestones assigned during the project.

2. Attend at least 75% of all meetings, including setup and onboarding.

3. Complete and fully implement all steps of the guaranteed system.

4. Respond to our team within 48 business hours of communications.

Please note: Refunds are not guaranteed for custom buildouts. However, clients who meet these conditions may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Setup fees are non-refundable.
